How do I cancel my account subscription?

For cancelling the account subscription, you can apply anytime, and the account will be terminated at the end of your current plan date.

To cancel the account through the CRM:

  • Click on Subscription > My Subscription from the left-hand menu.
  • Click on the Cancel Account button to request for unsubscribing to the plan.
  • Type in the reason for cancelling account and click on Request to process this.

If you cancel the plan within the billing period, no refunds will be offered.
