Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Python Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our AI and data science teams to design, develop, and optimize machine learning models, with a particular focus on natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs). This role will involve working with embedding models and text-generative LLMs to build and enhance AI solutions that address key business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and fine-tune NLP and LLM models using Python.
- Work with embedding models to generate high-quality vector representations for various NLP tasks.
- Implement and optimize text-generative LLMs for use cases such as content generation, question answering, and conversational AI.
- Utilize tools and libraries such as Hugging Face, LangChain, and Vector DBs to build robust AI workflows.
- Integrate models from OpenAI, Claude, Llama, and other providers into applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI solutions into production applications.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in NLP, embeddings, and LLMs to drive innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Python based AI/ML development use cases, specifically in NLP and LLMs.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and key machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands-on experience with NLP techniques (e.g., tokenization, named entity recognition, text classification, sentiment analysis).
- Expertise in working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including text-generative LLMs for conversational and content-generation tasks.
- Experience with embedding models to build and manage vectorized representations for NLP.
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude, Llama, and frameworks such as Hugging Face for advanced model deployment.
- Proficiency in LangChain and Vector Databases for embedding management and similarity search.
- Solid data handling skills using libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective teamwork.
