Position Objective:

Konze has developed next-generation IT CRM system to help overseas education& migration agents globally. The Business Development Manager- India will play a key role in planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives related to India business. The incumbent will do market research and seek feedback from relevant agents to find new opportunities. This position will closely work with Sales Manager – India and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer in India.

Roles/responsibilities:

  • Deep knowledge of Overseas Education CRM & its Indian market sentiments.
  • Identify product gaps & recommend necessary product enhancement recommendations to
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand reputation
  • Market analysis- Understand the overseas education CRM features used by Indian overseas education agents and compare pricing, and features with the existing CRM of Konze
  • Developing & and retaining relationships with new Indian clients
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Writing business proposals & negotiating with stakeholders
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Highlighting and reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Collaboration with IT Developers after analyzing marketing strategies and generating business

Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate from recognized university of India
  • Bachelor of engineering(BE) or B. Tech candidates with IT background will be preferred.
  • MBA/postgraduate in sales/marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Experience of working in an Agile & fast-changing business environment.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Sales and Business Development with India as well as overseas market for Software products and Services
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Practical experience building rapport with client communication and good negotiation skills
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to convert leads into business.
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy

Position objective:

As an Inside Sales Executive at KONZE, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities with our potential clients. You will work closely with our sales team and utilize various sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Roles/responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure they align with our target customer profiles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Present our products and services to potential clients, addressing their questions and objections.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager on your sales pipeline and progress
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to engage with potential clients over the phone.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
