Google Meet is one more easily accessible platform for Business Communication. It enables connecting over virtual meetings within the organization and with the customers and also allows to screen share documents and presentations.
With Google Meet integration with KONDESK, users can connect easily with multiple people, and share and associate with new clients.
From the KONDESK dashboard page, click on Company and Select Integration.
The system will open a card view with all the available integrations in the CRM together and can be viewed under their respective categories.
Of all the available integrations, on the GOOGLE MEET card, Click on button.
The system will open a window to toggle the active button to activate the integration.
Once you see the Success message stating that the appointment settings have been successfully added, Go to ‘My Profile.’
On the My Profile page, click on the ‘Appointments and Virtual counselling’ tab.
For the next step, click on the Google Meet Icon and you will be redirected to the login page of Google Meet to enter your ID and Password to successfully log in.
Upon successful integration, you will be able to schedule and see all the scheduled meetings on the KONDESK calendar.
