KONSIGN is a new-age electronic solution that works on cloud-based technology. It enables easy management of paperwork, without involving a single paper.

The integration of KONSIGN with KONDESK CRM will allow the users to generate document templates that can be sent to the users to get them signed securely.

Step 1 :

From the KONDESK dashboard page, click on Company and Select Integration.

Step 2 :

The system will open a card view with all the available integrations in the CRM together, and also can be viewed under their respective categories.

Step 3 :

Of all the available integrations, on the KONSIGN Card, click on Configure.

Step 4 :

The system will open a window for integration, the user can either choose the authentication path or fill in the details – Client Id, Authorization Id, and Secret Key.

Authorization Path :-

  • Click on “Continue with KONSIGN
  • The user will be redirected to the KONSIGN login page to fill in the Email and Password Login.
Step 5 :

The user will have to toggle on or off the button and click Save.

Step 6 :

Once, the user successfully configures, go back and click on the  intregation icon  button.

Step 7 :

The system will redirect the user to the KONSIGN Template Settings page.

Step 8 :

The user can select from the drop-down template according to the required documents mentioned.
