Lucep is an automated lead-qualifying platform that can help differentiate the authentic lead from all the leads by calling and following up.
The integration of Lucep with KONDESK CRM will come in handy to verify the inquiries that fall in the “Active Online Enquiry” tab. The integration will simplify the validation of the inquiries listed from different online platforms.
From the KONDESK dashboard page, click on Company and Select Integration.
The system will open a card view with all the available integrations in the CRM together, and also can be viewed under their respective categories.
Of all the available integrations, on the LUCEP Card, click on Configure.
The system will open a window to enter information like Account key, API Key, Login User Name and the Lead type.
If the user has an existing account on Lucep, the information could be fetched from the account directly, otherwise, the user will have to purchase the subscription to have the information for integration.
Next, the user can toggle on or off the Active button and click on Save.
If the user toggles on the button, the feature is activated that enables calling with a single click directly from the lead list page.
All the call details generated for a particular lead are captured under Lead Code > Communication > Call& log > Lucep.
