Yes, you can. Simply use the Export to Excel icon by navigating to the Lead page and get your leads downloaded in an excel format.

Yes. Email us your request on info@searchmyanzsco.com.au for data deletion and we will erase all of your data from our system within 30 working days. Once done, you will be notified through your registered email. Wherever possible, we will aim to complete the request in advance to the deadline.

To add the Widget to your website, please follow the steps below:

  • Create an account with SearchMyANZSCO by clicking here and add in your company name and contact details.
  • Set your password by clicking on the button provided on your registered email address.
  • Log in to your SearchMyANZSCO account.
  • Setup your account by adding in your address, logo, company URL.
  • Click on Account > Widget Setting button from the left-hand menu or Click on SMA Widget button from dashboard.
  • Copy script by clicking on Copy to Clipboard button OR email it to your developer by clicking on Email to Developer.
  • Paste the script into your website’s HTML source code between the tags.
  • Customise the APPEARANCE and PREFERENCES based on your personal choices through Account > Widget Setting button.
  • Refresh your website to see the widget embedded perfectly.

The tool has been developed in a such a manner that it is compatible with most websites. In any case, before you subscribe, our tech team is happy to run a test on your website to see if the tool and the website are a fit.

To increase the client enquiries, keep the Occupation Email Popup option as Show, wherein the user will need to fill in the contact details to get their occupation search reports emailed. Similarly, the Visa Fees Calculator and Point Test Calculator reports will also generate the client enquiries. To add the Widget to your website using WordPress, please follow the steps below:

  • Once you have set up your SearchMyANZSCO account, login to your account.
  • Click on Account > Widget Setting button from the left-hand menu or Click on SMA Widget button from dashboard.
  • Copy script by clicking on Copy to Clipboard button OR email it to your developer by clicking on Email to Developer.
  • Then, login to the Admin panel of WordPress.
  • Go to Appearance > Theme Editor and then click on Theme Header. 
  • Paste the script and click on the Update File button.
  • Refresh your website to see the widget embedded perfectly.
  • Customise the APPEARANCE and PREFERENCES based on your personal choices through Account > Widget Setting button.

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. You will be charged for the time you have used the current plan and then credited or debited amount will be calculated for the payment of the next updated plan.

To change your current plan:

  • Click on Account > My Plan from the left-hand menu.
  • Select a new subscription plan that suits you the best.
  • Review the plan comparison and if all looks good proceed further or can click on Compare Plans to review other plans.
  • Tick the checkbox agreeing on the terms and conditions and then click on the Pay Now button.
  • On successful payment, you will also receive the invoice in your email.

*Note: Credits are non-refundable.

Credit and Debit Cards

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard cards.
    These modes are accepted for both monthly and annual account subscriptions.

In Monthly or Annual plan, the payment will be recurring. So, every month or year the payment amount will be deducted automatically from your registered card based on your subscription plan.

Your billing period will be the same date of every month in case of monthly and will be same date of the next year for annual billing. For example, your billing starts at 5th March,2020 @4.00pm, then you will be charged on 5thApril,2020 @4.00pm for monthly plan and will be charged on 5th April,2021 @4.00pm for annual plan.

To update your payment details or change your payment method:

  • Click on Account > Payment Setting from the left-hand menu.
  • Click on Add Card button.
  • Enter the new card details and click on Save card button.
  • Set the new card as Default to make the upcoming payments through it.

The changes will take effect from your next billing date.

Yes, after each successful payment transaction, the invoice will be sent on your registered email address on your account. 

To check the invoice in the CRM;

  • Click on Account > Billing History from the left-hand menu.
  • You can view all the invoice related information and can also download the invoices.
  • After your subscription plan ends, your account will be deactivated, and the data will be stored with us for a span of 12 months. So, once you renew your subscription plan, you will be able to access all the data again.
  • In case, if you don’t wish to continue, you can email us at info@serachmyanzsco.com.au to retrieve back your data.
  • If not renewed within the span of 12 months, all the data will be deleted automatically from our archives.

No, you will not lose any of your data. Once you renew your account, you will be able to access all the data again.

No, SearchMyANZSCO does not offer any refunds or credits for any subscription related payments. As per mentioned in our Terms & Conditions, all Subscription Charges are non-refundable. No repayments shall be issued for partial use or non-use of the Services by you.

To view all details of your current plan and the upcoming plan, navigate to Account > Billing History from the left-hand menu.

For cancelling the account subscription, you can apply anytime, and the account will be terminated at the end of your current plan date.

To cancel the account through the CRM:

  • Click on Subscription > My Subscription from the left-hand menu.
  • Click on the Cancel Account button to request for unsubscribing to the plan.
  • Type in the reason for cancelling account and click on Request to process this.

If you cancel the plan within the billing period, no refunds will be offered.
